If your steps are not syncing from Apple Health to Cadoo, follow these steps to troubleshoot the issue.
Step 1: Check That Apple Health Is Connected to Cadoo
Open the Cadoo app and go to Profile > Connections. Make sure you see "Apple Health" listed as connected. If it is not connected, tap "Sync Your Apple Health Data" and grant all permissions when prompted.
Step 2: Verify Apple Health Permissions
On your iPhone, go to Settings > Health > Data Access & Devices > Cadoo. Make sure that "Steps" is toggled ON for both reading and writing. If any permissions are turned off, toggle them on and reopen Cadoo.
Step 3: Check That Your Device Is Tracking Steps
Open the Apple Health app on your iPhone. Tap Browse > Activity > Steps. Verify that step data is appearing for today and recent days. If no step data appears, your iPhone may not be tracking steps. Make sure you are carrying your phone or wearing a connected Apple Watch.
Step 4: Sync Your Steps in Cadoo
Open the Cadoo app and navigate to your active step challenge. Pull down to refresh the page. Go to Profile > Activities > Steps to confirm your step data is updating.
Step 5: Restart and Reconnect
If steps are still not appearing in Cadoo:- Close the Cadoo app completely and reopen it.- If the issue persists, go to Profile > Connections, disconnect Apple Health, then reconnect it and grant all permissions again.- Restart your iPhone and reopen Cadoo.
