What is an Earn game?

Short answer

An Earn game funds finishers from an additional prize pool up to a max payout per finisher (often shown as Earn $Y). That is separate from recovering your entry fee / stake.

• Stake: you pay to join; finish successfully and your stake unlocks. Forfeited stakes can fund winners after the platform take (default 25% on that pot).
• Earn pool: host or brand funds a bonus pool. Number of full max payouts ≈ floor(pool ÷ max payout).

Example: pool $100, max $20 → up to 5 finishers earn $20 each.

Hosting / CYOC fees (quick)

When you fund an additional prize pool, you also pay 10% of that pool as host processing at create (app or cadoo.games/cyoc). CYOC caps: pool up to $10,000, max payout up to $500.
