How Leagues Work

1. Earn League Points (LP) — Every challenge you participate in earns you LP based on your performance.
2. Compete weekly — You're placed in a group of 15–30 players within your league tier.
3. Advance or defend — At the end of each week, top performers advance to the next league. Bottom performers drop down.

League Tiers

Cadoo has 18 league tiers, from entry level to the top. You start at the bottom and work your way up.

Progression rules:

• Top performers in your weekly group advance to the next league tier
• Middle performers maintain their current tier
• Bottom performers drop to the tier below

Weekly Resets

League standings reset every Monday. Here's what happens:

1. Your weekly LP is tallied against others in your group
2. Based on your rank, you either advance, maintain, or drop
3. You're placed in a new group for the next week
4. Your weekly LP resets to zero (but your total LP is preserved)

Earning League Points

You earn LP from:

• Completing challenges — Finish what you started
• Winning challenges — Win more, earn more LP
• Consistent participation — Regular activity across multiple challenges earns more LP than sporadic play

The exact LP awarded depends on the challenge type, entry fee, and your performance.

League Notifications

Cadoo sends you updates about your league status:

• "You're about to level up!" — You're on track to advance
• "Your league rank is at risk!" — You're in danger of dropping
• "You advanced to the next league!" — Congratulations!
• "League reset — time to climb back!" — You dropped but a new week means a fresh start

Tips for Climbing

1. Stay active every week — Consistency beats intensity. Participating regularly gives you more LP opportunities.
2. Join paid challenges — Higher-stakes games tend to award more LP.
3. Complete all challenges — Finishing is more important than winning for LP accumulation.
4. Check your standing mid-week — Monitor your position to know if you need to push harder.
