League Point Guide

What is the league point system?

The "League Point" system allows participants to compete against others in a ranking system. This motivates people to work hard and gain ranks on the app. There is no financial incentive and is primarily a fitness motivator.

How are points totaled?

Points are only claimed or accumulated in active games. If a game has been cancelled, a game in that category that has not been joined, or if a participant has completed a game, a participant will not accrue points thereafter.

  • To accumulate points in an active step game, a participant must have Apple Health or Google Fit properly connected.
  • To accumulate points in an active activity-based game (running or biking),  a participant must have the specific tracker selected on the game page.

Each category has a 100 daily point cap. Weekly resets occur every Sunday.

  • Steps are calculated on a total accumulated basis per day.
  • Running and biking activities are calculated per exercise.
  • Rep activities are calculated per video upload.

  • 3 push-ups = 1 point
  • 3 sit-ups = 1 point
  • 3 squats = 1 point
  • 300 steps = 1 point
  • 200 meter (0.12 miles) run = 1 point
  • 600 meter (0.37 miles) biking = 1 point

Ranking Progression

League rank tiers are classified as "Bronze", "Silver", "Gold", "Diamond", "Masters", and "Champions". Each title is also branched to different sub-tiers, III, II, and I, from lowest to highest, respectively.

  • The top 1/3 of the current rank advances to the next rank (Bronze I moves to Silver III and Gold II moves to Gold I.
  • The middle 1/3 stays in the same rank (Silver III will be Silver III at reset)
  • The bottom 1/3 will move down a rank (Silver III moves down to Bronze I at reset)
