Marathon Challenges- Before the game starts: You may be eligible for a refund if you withdraw early. Check the game's specific terms.
- During the game: If you stop meeting daily goals, your status changes to "Failed" and your entry fee goes to the winners.
- Everyone completes: If all participants finish, everyone gets their entry fee back (no losers = no winnings).
- Before the game starts: Full refund if you withdraw before the 12-hour window begins.
- Once the game starts: Entry fees are non-refundable. The top 50% win the bottom 50%'s fees.
- Host-created games: Follow the same refund rules as Marathon or Elimination (depending on game mode).
- Additional prize pool: Prize pool funds contributed by the host are non-refundable once participants have joined.
Refunds are returned to your Cadoo wallet balance, not to your original payment method. From your wallet, you can:
- Use the balance to join new challenges
- Withdraw to your bank, debit card, or PayPal (subject to withdrawal limits)
Processing time: Wallet refunds are typically instant. If you don't see the refund within 1 hour, contact support.
How to Request a RefundIf you believe you're eligible for a refund that wasn't processed automatically:
- Email: [email protected]
- Include:
- Your Cadoo username or email
- The challenge name
- The date you joined
- The reason for your refund request
- Response time: We aim to review refund requests within 48 hours
Subscription refund requests are handled by Apple (iOS) or Google (Android):
- Apple: Request a refund from Apple
- Google: Request a refund from Google Play
- Cadoo reserves the right to deny refund requests that don't meet the criteria above
- Refund decisions by Cadoo are final
- Repeated refund requests for completed challenges may result in account review
- For disputes, see the Disputes section in our Terms of Service
