Withdraw Funds from Cadoo

Cadoo uses real monetary funds to keep participants motivated to finish games. If you would like to withdraw the money that you won back from games or additional payouts that you have received, please read on.

Currently, Cadoo only accepts withdrawals from PayPal and Stripe (in configuration process). There is a 5.5% processing fee on withdrawals.

Federal Regulatory Compliance and Successfully Receiving Funds

  • All withdrawal requests and Cadoo accounts are required to undergo strict 'Know Your Customer' (KYC) and anti-fraud checks for compliance and regulatory requirements.
    • Participants are subject to question if the information on Cadoo does not match the information on PayPal, or if they are any suspicious activity on the Cadoo account. All participants must have their own verified PayPal account, as we cannot accept requests towards friends or others' accounts.
    • PayPal account holders are required to be at least 18 years or older, or the specific age minimum within your country's PayPal Terms of Agreement.
  • Email addresses are required to be confirmed with PayPal. We unfortunately do not honor unregistered email addresses.
  • As the PayPal account holder, you are fully responsible of ensuring that all personal and banking information is up to date at all times, to properly and successfully receive payments. When a payment is sent, you must claim the payment within 30 days. All unclaimed payments will be automatically sent back to Cadoo.
  • If we (as the sender) incur any user error codes when sending payments, you (as the receiver) are required to contact PayPal's Support to settle all account issues. User error code reasons include but are not limited to: account limitations or restrictions, expired bank cards or outdated card details, personal addresses, transaction holds that require to be cleared, or a verification that still needs to be resolved.
  • PayPal applies a conversion fee for all currency exchange transactions. The amount differs between countries and is distinct and separated from the processing fee.
