Tips for Winning- Start strong — Begin your workout as soon as the game starts to maximize your score.
- Sync early and often — Make sure your fitness tracker is connected and syncing data to Cadoo.
- Know the activity — Check whether the game tracks steps, reps, or another metric before joining.
- Watch the leaderboard — Monitor your ranking during the game to know if you need to push harder.
- Pick the right entry level — Start with lower entry fees until you get a feel for the competition.
Cadoo takes a platform fee (up to 25%) from the prize pool to operate the service. The fee is factored into payout calculations and is transparent before you join.
FAQQ: What if I don't sync my data in time?
A: You must sync your fitness data before the game ends. Unsynced activity won't count toward your ranking.
Q: Can I get a refund if I join but can't compete?
A: Entry fees are non-refundable once the game starts. If a game is cancelled by Cadoo before starting, your entry fee is returned.
Q: What happens in a tie?
A: Tied players share the same ranking tier and split payouts equally within that tier.
Q: Is there a minimum number of players?
A: Games require a minimum number of participants to run. If the minimum isn't met, the game may be cancelled and entry fees returned.
